Rebalancer Implementation

The rebalancer implementation offers applications and developers a way to dynamically rebalance the pools based on predicted demand using linear regression. The rebalancer operates on constrained smart contracts and it can only rebalance to whitelisted pools.

zk-proof based rebalancing can be an optional add-on removing any DDOS concerns from the solution
